Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, you may be charged an additional fee.

Insurance and Billing
We accept all major insurance carriers. If we are unable to transmit directly on your behalf, we will generate a standard insurance form.

Payment Options
Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Interac, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If special arrangements are needed, please ask to speak to our Financial Coordinator prior to receiving treatment.

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you. Kindly bring your most current insurance information and give the information to our Office Coordinator prior to the treatment.

It is important to be able to carry out your dental treatment in an affordable manner. At our office, we will work with you to arrange a financial plan that is suitable.
